Perry County Circuit Court Clerk
The Perry County Circuit Court is located in the 32nd Circuit of the State of Missouri and is home to Judge Craig D. Brewer, Associate Circuit Judge; Jennifer A. Hotop, Circuit Clerk; and six Deputy Clerks. Additionally, Judge Scott A. Lipke and Judge Benjamin F. Lewis travel to Perry County for Circuit Cases. Cases heard include criminal, civil, domestic, probate, juvenile, and municipal cases for City of Perryville.
Case Information is available online at Case.net Cases can be accessed by name, case number (or ticket number), filing date, or hearing date. For cases prior to 2012, contact the Circuit Clerk’s office.
The cost for copies of court documents is $1.00 per page and $1.00 to certify with the court seal.

Small Claims Case.
To file a small claims case, please come in person to the Circuit Clerk’s office. A clerk will provide you with forms. A court clerk is able to provide forms when possible but will not provide legal advice under any circumstances.
Domestic Case Pro Se.
To file a dissolution of marriage, family access motion, affidavit to terminate child support, or acknowledgment of receipt of child support payments, please come in person to the Circuit Clerk’s office. A clerk will either provide you with forms or instructions on how to obtain the forms required to file without an attorney. A court clerk is able to provide forms when possible but will not provide legal advice under any circumstances.
Judge Performed Weddings
Weddings are performed for Perry County residents by appointment only. Parties will need to bring their marriage license and two adult witnesses to the ceremony. Contact the County Recorder to obtain a marriage license prior to the date of the wedding.
Contact the Circuit Clerk’s Office or Perry County Sheriff prior to reporting for Jury Duty to check whether the case has been canceled.
